Stretch Marks Breasts – Unsightly and Unattractive
Stretch marks breasts are a common after effect of pregnancy. These spots are lines on the skin, especially where fat is stored, such as abdomen, breasts, hips, thighs, and buttocks. Normally, patches on breasts appear in the last trimester (last three months) of pregnancy as that is when the skin’s elasticity is really tested to the extreme.
Even though patches are a natural phenomenon, this most natural occurrence upsets most women. Therefore, if you want to prevent it all together, you must maintain a healthy weight. The more weight you put on during your pregnancy, the more lines you end up with. You must massage your skin every day with an essential oil, to help with the circulation of blood. This helps in regeneration of new tissues under skin.
It is also important to eat healthy, vitamin-enriched foods that help your skin healthy. Eating well balanced diet ensures a healthy, resilient skin.
Remedies For Stretch Mark Removal
There are no foolproof remedies available for its removal . Fortunately, in some cases, the problem resolves by itself. Usually, by the time, the baby is one year old, most scars are hardly noticeable. They fade into silver white faint lines. However, some women suffer from a bad case. These marks affect their confidence. There is much recourse available to them. One of the following remedies will generally help in fading their marks to acceptable levels.
