Pregnancy Test Water
What to Expect off Pregnancy
It’s very important to know that there are never two pregnancies that are similar making it quite difficult to tell exactly how or what to expect off each of your pregnancy. However, there are some common factors that all pregnant women face. First off, a woman will be prompted to purchase a home pregnancy test kit when the first pregnancy signs and symptoms appear, most commonly a missed period. Pregnancy test kits are readily and locally available from every retail, chemist, or grocery store.
Even as you take the bold step to do the pregnancy test at home, keep in mind that even though the test kits are designed to be perfect, they have their own share of flaws hence can be inaccurate. Regardless of what the test kit will display, it’s highly recommended that you visit your health care provider as soon as you start experiencing early pregnancy symptoms as they’re able to do an accurate pregnancy test on you.
Some of the early pregnancy symptoms common to all women include morning sickness, exhaustion, heightened sensitivity to certain foods/smell, and mood swings to mention but a few. Throughout your pregnancy period, women are advised to observe healthy lifestyles such as avoiding alcohol or smoking. Additionally, expectant mothers should take a lot of water, milk and healthy foods generally. This greatly helps promote good child development and form a good starting point for the baby.
Once pregnancy is confirmed, your next course of action should be to change your wardrobe into comfortable maternity wear. Each store has a maternity section stocked with comfortable maternity wear, but some women even prefer to put on oversized t-shirts and fitting elastic waist pants. New baby preparation includes purchasing toys, clothes, bedding, bassinet, rocking chair, and pram among others. If you have plans to change a particular room to be the baby’s nursery, it’s advisable to start as early as possible. Moms-to-be are also advised not to be near harmful products such as paint that may cause adverse effects on her and the baby.
Throughout the pregnancy period, you should expect to go through a lot of mental and physical changes, all which are quite normal. Mood swings in particular may become quiet intense as the pregnancy progresses, alongside making frequent trips to the rest room as the baby will put a lot of pressure on the bladder. Once the 9 months are over and the baby is born, you might want to lose the pregnancy weight immediately but it’s good to first rest and recuperate before you start an exercise program. Your qualified physician is able to recommend the timeline for things such as physical exercise, but will generally be determined by your overall health.

The Back-up Plan (Widescreen) $9.96 After years of dating, Zoe (Jennifer Lopez) has decided waiting for the right one is taking too long. Determined to become a mother, she commits to a plan, makes an appointment and decides to go it alone. That same day, Zoe meets Stan (Alex O’Loughlin) – a man with real possibilities. Trying to nurture a budding relationship and hide the early signs of pregnancy becomes a comedy of errors for Zoe and creates confusing signals for Stan. When Zoe nervously reveals the reason for her unpredictable behavior, Stan commits fully and says he’s in. Never before has love seen a courtship where a wild night of sex involves three in a bed – Stan, Zoe and that ever-present massive pregnancy pillow. Or, where “date night” consists of being the “focal point” at a near-stranger’s water birth which does for kiddie pools what “Jaws” did for swimming in the ocean. The real pregnancy test comes when both of them realize they really don’t know each other outside of hormonal chaos and birth preparations. With the nine month clock ticking, both begin to experience cold feet. Anyone can fall in love, get married and have a baby but doing it backwards in hyper-drive could be proof positive that they were made for each other. Deleted Scenes, Featurette. Languages: English, Subtitles: English; “Belly Laughs: Making ‘The Back-Up Plan’”. |
